Event Description:
Homeschool 101 is an informative session for those interested in homeschooling, new to the local area, or current homeschoolers who still have questions regarding laws and curriculum. It is geared to new and prospective homeschoolers.
Topics covered include:
- the benefits of homeschooling
- getting started and legally registering to homeschool
- approaches to homeschooling, and more!
You will also have an opportunity to chat with current members and view their curricula.
This event is hosted annually by Blount Home Education Association (BHEA) and is a free and open to the community.
